The VP must possess unwavering collaboration and consensus building skills, as well as an innate curiosity. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, leadership and communication skills. This individual will have built a solid reputation through their commitment, in word and action, to clinical leadership. In addition, the VP will be a hands-on leader willing to roll-up their sleeves in order to ensure the highest quality of work output.A VP of Clinical , is responsible for leading a team of medical professionals to administer excellent patient care to those within our long term, nursing home facilities.
