Description : Trinity Healthcare is looking for a Corporate Vice President of Clinical Operations to a join our team.Position Overview: The Vice President of Clinical Operations will provide complete management and oversight for Trinity Healthcare clinical operations. The VP must possess unwavering collaboration and consensus building skills, as well as an innate curiosity. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, leadership and communication skills. This individual will have built a solid reputation through their commitment, in word and action, to clinical leadership. In addition, the VP will be a hands-on leader willing to roll-up their sleeves in order to ensure the highest quality of work output.A VP of Clinical , is responsible for leading a team of medical professionals to administer excellent patient care to those within our long term, nursing home facilities. Their duties include hiring medical professionals depending on their facility’s needs, managing budgets for medical supplies and equipment and ensuring that their facility adheres to healthcare laws and regulations.Function:Design and implement business strategies to assist business goalsOversee the department’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines and standardsEnsure departments have sufficient and qualified personnelOrganize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programsEnsure all medical records and other documentation are current and within state and federal lawsAct as a Corporate connection between patients, their families and additional care staffQualifications and Skills:Long Term Care experience requiredBSN preferredMatrix Experience preferredExcellent analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisionsStrong leadership and management skillsGreat communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clinical staff and patientsProblem solving skills when resolving administrative issues and conflictsDetailed knowledge of policies and regulations in the clinical fieldAbility to delegate and supervise tasks as requiredGood understanding of budget and resources planning budgeting in addition to evaluation procedures and methodsJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceRetirement planVision insuranceMedical Specialty:GeriatricsSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
