We operate two main consumer products – the Smarkets exchange and SBK sportsbook app – in the UK, US, and other global markets.The QA team is responsible for the overall quality of the SBK React Native App. We are looking for someone who is passionate about breaking things and getting the best product out for our customers. This role will involve working with the QA Lead whilst fixing and shipping the best quality features. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be centred around working with our developers and product team to enhance the quality of our SBK App. You will also be owning QA activities for the scrum team by drive scoping, planning, estimating, executing, monitoring and controlling test activities.The tech stack is React Native, Redux, Docker, Webdriverio, TypeScript , Jenkins, Appium, Saucelabs and GitLab.About YouMinimum 1-3 years of experience in manual testingWell-versed in functional testing for mobile appsWorks independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethicExperienced in performing root cause analysis on client-side issuesExperience in API testingYou are familiar with working closely with product and development teamsYou are familiar with Automation frameworks , preferably mobile automationYou are familiar with common testing libraries like webdriverio and end-to-end testing tools like AppiumOur ValuesPush to winMake others betterGive a shitBe a proBring the energyOur CultureOur mission at Smarkets is to fix the betting industry with the best products and best prices.
