Description : Sourcing is a core strategic driver of Meta’s success. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. Our Sourcers work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our Design & Research teams including; Product Design, UX/UI, Art roles and more. As a Sourcing Lead within our design recruiting team, you will apply your operational depth and strategic thinking to develop, drive, and execute on the staffing strategies; you will lead a team of staffing professionals who execute against global hiring targets and work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive world class recruiting practices with a constant eye on scaling for the future. In this role, you will know how to manage, mentor, and guide a team of sourcers through all facets of the recruiting life-cycle.
Hire, train and onboard new sourcers
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team. Lead by example through following, setting or sharing recruiting best practices
Ensure sourcers are managing to milestones and metrics
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Meta business objectives
Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Guide sourcers to drive full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies. Compile, analyze and capture insights from data to support business decisions
Define, design and implement recruiting programs for a variety of technical positions including understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
Proven recruiting and/or sourcing experience, preferably experience in hiring designers of all kinds and levels
Experience working with and building talent sourcing strategies with hiring managers
Experience communicating and working with cross-functional teams
Experience managing global client relationships
Proven experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
Proven experience managing a team size of 5 or more
Technical recruiting experience
Experience managing teams across multiple sites
