Description : Meta is looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations to join our Meta Tech Recruiting Diversity & Operations Team. This team is responsible for driving recruiting transformation solutions from strategy to execution at the intersection of people, process & technology. We build and scale global programs to strengthen the impact of our world-class tech recruiting team, as recruiting is a core strategic driver of Meta’s success. This role is pivotal to delivering our vision of transforming the way we hire great builders for Facebook’s future. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of seasoned program managers with a large portfolio of global strategic programs. You will play a key role in shaping and executing programmatic strategies for Recruiting alongside key partners and stakeholders. Plugging into the Recruiting organization’s multi-year vision, you will scale and deliver existing programs, while also identifying and standing up new programs. The ideal candidate will excel at working collaboratively with executives and colleagues alike and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints with competing priorities. Ideal candidates are those with experience in bringing ideas from early concept stages through design, development, validation, and scale. Cross functional partnership is a key competency for this role thus candidates must have good interpersonal and communication skills along with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional interconnectedness and deliverables to enable the realization of our long-term strategy. Candidates must have keen focus on driving business results, ability to work in ambiguous/less defined environments, and a strong willingness to collaborate and optimize overall business objectives.
Drive strategy planning processes across the Tech Recruiting function including development of long-term strategic plans & roadmaps in partnership with the Leadership team
Lead key org-wide initiatives, partnering with Finance, Project Managers, and the Recruiting Operations Leadership teams. Execute on change management and communication principles to ensure successful delivery
Represent Meta Tech recruiting priorities and effectively influence leaders and key partners to gain alignment around cross functional requirements and strategies
Ensure project roles and responsibilities are clear across immediate team as well as buy-in & alignment across all Meta Tech Recruiting and cross-functional partners
Partner with HR to design and deploy programs to support the learning, development and community of Meta Tech Recruiting employees with an emphasis on inclusion
Support the design and delivery of regular communications and training for new processes, tools and policies
Understand the current processes and tools environment and execute action plans to achieve improved efficiencies, resource optimization and controls
12+ years experience leading Project Management, Process Improvement strategy and execution
Experience leading and growing teams from strategy through to operational execution
B.A. or B.S. degree in business, HR, finance, operations, or equivalent experience
Experience managing and developing cross functional teams
Leadership and interpersonal experience including building relationships with cross-functional teams
Experience in evaluating, developing and implementing operational improvements through automation and process redesign to enable scalability and velocity
Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal experience
Experience breaking down complex processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels
Experience collaborating with and influence cross-functional teams to set objectives and produce results
