Description : This is a remote position within the state of Washington.*We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed Director of Primary Care and Virtual Health to bring MultiCare’s Retail Health strategies to life. The scope includes Indigo Primary Care and Indigo Online and the building out of our Indigo Health platform throughout the Pacific Northwest. The candidate will help create and implement the strategy for Retail Health, and also roll up their sleeves and get things done. The ideal candidate should be passionate about strategy, products, and overall process improvement. They should have strong process design skills as well as outstanding project management abilities. The candidate should excel in both strategic thinking and tactical execution, as responsibilities range from creating business plans to driving strategy implementation and must possess strong analytical skills. They should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment.The Director of Primary Care and Virtual Health will partner with business leaders to create and bring Indigo Primary Care and Indigo Online to the market. The scope includes Indigo Primary Care and Online Care, and the building out of our Indigo Health platform throughout the Pacific Northwest. The candidate will do this by leading a team to bring data-driven problem-solving approaches and iterative capability building to address Retail Health’s most meaningful challenges and drive sustained profitable growth. The role will be conducting a gap analysis of current capabilities; assessing the rigor of business strategies, tactics, processes, and elevating major risks to Retail Health operations and cross-functional partners.The candidate will provide thought leadership to define business objectives, tactics, and success measures to help drive the business forward. They will coach leaders through execution phases and directly influence operational owners to bring a high level of rigor to management decisions, resolution of cross-program interdependencies, and resource gaps. The Director will build a culture of continuous improvement, flexibility, customer obsession and excellence as measured by KPIs.
