Description : We are currently finalising plans to extend the range of residential placements we have available, and are now keen to recruit new support staff. Permanent full- and part-time positions are available and we also want to increase our own bank of relief staff.

The job: To provide our autistic adult residents with daily one-on-one support and care. Experience is preferred but not essential; most important is the ability to demonstrate a caring and friendly manner.
Hours of work: Full time with alternating shifts (2.30 pm to 10.30 pm and 7.30 am to 3.30 pm), six days on, three days off. Part-time hours are also possible.
Salary: Excellent rates of pay with enhanced overtime rates. Please call for more details.
Benefits: Overtime at x 1.25 weekdays, x 1.5 weekends, free comprehensive training package, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 3% employer pension contribution, free parking, free meals on shift and chance to work overtime.
