This provides all our employees with a sense of belonging which allows them to reach their full potential.Discover Crown. www.crownworldwide.comCrown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Executive AssistantLocation: Ardra Road, London N9Key ResponsibilitiesMust have the a full/clean driving licence and be willing to drive.Meeting and greeting guests whilst maintaining secure access to the offices through excellent visitor control.Creating and processing purchase orders.Ensure the smooth running of the office and that all relevant administration systems are updated and maintained accordinglyEnsure all areas are fully functioning and meet the prerequisite standardsOffice shoppingBooking hotel accommodation/ transportBook, maintain and manage meeting rooms and organise lunches and refreshmentsEnsure all IT and comms are in good working orderWork with ‘compliance’ team to ensure the Office environment meets all relevant HSE, ISO and other standards, as appropriateStationary OrdersSupporting Senior Management with general administration tasksSupporting Customer Liaison Team/New Business Sales and Account Management Team with general administration tasksPlus additional duties as required to meet the needs of the businessExperienceAbility to multi-task and prioritise daily workloadOutstanding organisational and time management skillsGood data entry skills – Excellent accuracy and attention to detailEffective communication skillsProfessional approachReliableTeam playerCan work on own initiativeAbility to work under pressure and adhere to time constraintsDemonstrates/aspires to Crown Brand ValuesProven working experience as a Personal Assistant/Office ManagerQualificationsGood level of administrative skills essential, 1 years’ experience in an Administration/Office environment is preferableEducated to G.C.S.E level/ or equivalent standardPC literateJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Executive & Personal Assistants: 1 year (preferred)
