This role is based at the John Radcliffe in Oxford (Headley Way, Headington, Oxford OX3 9DU)The hours for this role are Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week 9.00am – 5.30pm with flexibility on start and finish timesThis is a Band 5 role paying £14.21 per hourWe are looking for someone who can start work ASAP and is to run until February 2023Duties to include: The marketing and events coordinator will support the partnerships and communication managerThe ideal candidate will have experience in delivering small events and a keen interest in Marketing and Social media. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload and to meet tight deadlines and have the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholdersThe success of this role will be measured by the organisation and level of engagement at events, publication releases, programme sign ups.The successful candidate will be able to work adaptably in a small team as part of a larger organisation, forging strong relationships with colleagues, able to take and give feedback helpfully, and willing to be flexible in their approach to achieve team goals.Events Co-ordination (50% of role)Planning and implementing the logistical side of the eventsOrganise and ensure the smooth running of our networking, learning events & clinical engagement workshops both online and face to face;Coordinate speaker attendance and presentations for our networking, learning events & clinical engagement workshopsLead and implement creative ideas to drive engagement and interactions with attendeesManage RSVPs, and if required organise travel and accommodationTo create, coordinate and collate feedback surveys from attendees for events hosted, as directed.Collate invitations received by TheHill to participate in events and liaise with appropriate staff to agree level of TheHill’s contributionAd hoc event tasks e.g. name badges, creating event packsMarketing (50% of role)Working with our partnerships and communications manager to promote our events to ensure that we reach those that could benefit the most from our programmes;To lead on email communications and lead / CRM managementOrganising and creating written content for our website, social media and email newsletters, working with other employees and external contributors as required.Under the supervision of the Partnership and communications manager to establish and implement an ongoing programme to keep website maintained and up-to-date.Write, edit and produce printed and digital marketing materials, including event invitations, brochures, web pages, advertising, email campaigns, and social media postsTo create multimedia campaigns to assist in generating new enquiriesCreate new and update existing marketing literatureEnsure the efficient running of our Mailchimp systems;Analyse, monitor and track marketing campaign dataWork with CRM (Hubspot) data to set-up automated routines and improve the effectiveness of campaignsSkills required: The successful candidate will be able to work adaptably in a small team as part of a larger organisation, forging strong relationships with colleaguesAble to take and give feedback helpfully, and willing to be flexible in their approach to achieve team goalsExperience of planning and managing eventsExperience of using a CRM system to maintain accurate electronic recordsAbility to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholdersExperience of marketing and social mediaIn return for your hard work commitment NHS Professionals (NHSP) can offer you some fantastic benefits: Competitive Pay Rates – work this week, get paid next week!First choice of placements at over 50 NHS Trusts in EnglandDedicated consultantsFlexible working optionsFree DBS and free trainingBuild holiday allowanceSupport when you need it – 24/7 365 daysStakeholder pension schemeWho are NHS Professionals?NHS Professionals (NHSP), owned by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), works in partnership with hospital trusts to provide a bank of highly skilled temporary workers who want to work flexibly within the NHS.Working through the NHSP bank means Trusts don’t have to rely on expensive agencies.
