Description : Location: Sir Samuel Kelly Care Home, 39 Bangor Road,
Holywood, BT18 0NE
Working hours: 28 hours per week, Flexible, Annualised Hours
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for people who have a passion for caring, we will provide you with full training and unlike other care homes provide our employees with a minimum of two hours per week of dedicated development and one to one time with residents. We also know flexibility is important and so offer flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle & commitments. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Our annualised contract offers you;
2 shifts per week which will be Rota’d (within your expressed availability) with flexibility around 2 further shifts to support staff Annual leave and sickness over the year – reserved hours can be used when the home requests hours from you & when you are able to provide them!
Your pay will be divided over the 12-month period so you will benefit from a flexible contract without the financial impacts of fluctuating pay

Our Care Assistants play a key role in delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes resident choice & control, whilst delivering personal care and promoting independence. We ask you to feedback after 1 year and take part in any reviews, playing a key part in developing our agile working offer for our staff.
