What will the person do –
Lead the development of strategic content and social media campaigns that align with the strategy and help meet the goals of the sugar.fit team on social media
Experience in managing communities on all social media channels and has the ability to strategize across all social media marketing channels including Facebook, Twitter, Discord, Instagram and YouTube
Help manage communications and build out the right content for specific marketing campaigns and events with the sugar.fit team
Should be able to write compelling copy and make social media content for a wide array of influencers that we work with on a regular basis.
Work with a team to develop earned media measurement standards channels and set up systems for tracking and reporting metrics across all channels.
What are we looking for
2-5 years of experience working in online communities social media & building communities from scratch
Experience writing compelling copy across platforms
Experience managing projects from kickoff to execution
Familiarity with social media analytics & metrics
Experience working with in-house and agency creative production teams and an understanding of balancing the art and science of digital marketing and communications
Experience working with influencers and campaigns
Knowledge of healthcare, relevant industry is a good to have
