You will work closely with colleagues to deliver the best care for residents, encouraging independence and personal choice and helping to provide an environment which is conducive to residents with varied and complex needs. Erskine is keen to recruit people who are committed to the care of older people, including those with dementia.SVQ II in Health and Social Care is preferable but not essential; however, you will be required to achieve this qualification.
