Häfele UK provides comprehensive customer support through our best-in-class sales and support team.Your new role: Reporting into the Category Manager, this role will provide daily administrative support to a team of Product Group Managers. Responsibilities will include new product information gathering, product query resolution, supporting the production of printed and digital product media, product data maintenance and supplier engagement.Interpersonal and communication skills are a must as you collaborate and engage across other Häfele functions, proving excellent customer service to all, as is flexibility and organisational skills as you provide administrative support to the wider business and Category team.Your responsibilities will include: ·Data collation from supplier partners, ensuring all data is complete, accurate and uploaded to deadlines·Product data maintenance – entry and maintenance of new and existing product reference data to ensure that it is accurate and optimised to support the wider business·Co-ordinating Product Notifications within your assigned product category in support of the wider business, ensuring timely resolution to agreed SLA’s·Co-ordinate sales enquiries from internal or external customers within your product category·Provide required support & assistance during the creation of printed & digital media creation·Support the management and resolution of Vendor Compliance Reports (VCRs), working in collaboration with internal colleagues· Act as an ambassador for Häfele within the UK market, raising our brand profile and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers, industry bodies – supporting the positioning of HUK as a key player in the marketExperience/Qualifications: ·Good team player·Good communication skills·Good attention to detail·IT literate in Microsoft and relevant database systems·Product knowledge desirable·Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment·Ability to prioritise, use own initiative and work to deadlines·Positive ‘can do’ attitudeWhat you’ll get in return: You will receive a competitive salary, depending on experience; company bonus scheme, healthcare, pension and additional holidays with length of service, plus excellent learning and development opportunities.
