About Our Client
My client is a global product distributor based in Leeds. Operating in the manufacturing and production sector, they have a well established Digital Marketing team of 20+ designers and digital experts. They are looking for someone to join the team and lead on the digital marketing strategy.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Client Services Manager will include:
Provide strong leadership and management to the Creative Services team.
Work in full support of marketing and business objectives. Be accountable for the team performance and results.Integrate best practices across subsidiary websites including divisions, regional businesses and stand-alone businesses.Collaborate and manage stakeholders across Marketing, ecommerce and the wider business.
Provide oversight and direction regarding human resource, financial and operational activities.
Build the brand engagement, drive qualified and relevant traffic, and derive consumer insights to help optimise strategies from online campaign performance.
With the support of our Brand Specialist and Team Leads, ensure high quality creative delivery, in full support of Marketing activities and business objectives.
Ensure the process and agreed ways of working are followed at all times, including UX, SEO and Performance.
With the support of our Senior Creative Services Operations Manager, ensure project deadlines are met on time and within budget.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Client Services Manager will have the following experience:
Experience in an agency, in-house publishing environment or similar setting, which includes a considerable amount of online publishing and offline design experience.
Experience in managing a design team.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Working within latest UX, SEO, and performance best-practices.
Recent working knowledge of standard design and development platforms, such as: Adobe CC, WebStorm, Figma, etc.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
