Enhance customer relationships/ improve KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management & to use KOL to improve S&N market image & share. End user & Patient Education
Support the sales team for customer service, troubleshooting, training and education & follow up in assigned territory Acquire superior level of knowledge about assigned products and services as well as competitive products. For new and existing accounts, this position is able to proactively identify needs and teach a broader level customers Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products and therapies. This is achieved by coordinating: one on one sessions, in service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums. Assists sales team in demonstrations and in education/training of new employees Execute basic market development activities Creating a need for products amongst potential customers Evolve and establish a customer intimacy model He / She would also be involved in Clinical evaluation. He / She should be able to aid the process.
Responsibilities:

Work Experience
Medical Devices/equipment/ The candidate has to be a nurse (education wise) with 2-5 yrs of Clinical experience. A nurse who has worked in ICU/Orthopedic surgeon/ general surgeon, plastic surgeon.
