We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to create and contribute towards a varied range of marketing content as well as offer support to the Digital Marketing team.
The role will involve various creative tasks, from brochures, leaflets and email promotions, to supporting the company through social media with a holistic approach. This will involve creating content, regular posting and monitoring, developing the image of our brand and building the brands social media audience and running reports on progress.
Skills
Strong written and communication skills within the whole company, to build positive working relationships across all departmentsA team playerDesign software experience including: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoshopSome filming and video editing experience would be an advantageHave a thirst for learning in order to stay up to date with the necessary tools and programmes
Be proactive and self-motivated
Can adapt to changes in Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Form a strategic Digital Marketing and Social Media plan with the Digital Marketing ManagerCreate, maintain and develop regular reports on the effectiveness of the Digital Marketing strategyHelp to build and monitor email workflowsAssist with any other tasks that are asked of the Digital Marketing Team
Social MediaCreating engaging content on a variety of topics around our brandScheduling and uploading content regularly, reflecting on the success of each post
Build and expand meaningful, consistent audiences, through creative content, campaigns and interaction on all social media platformsBe responsible for the day to day running and monitoring of the company social media accounts
Design
Design promotional literature and flyers to support the sales department and their strategies, this may be digital or printCollaborating with relevant department to design and execute email campaigns
Designing website contentOther design related tasks
