About Our Client
My client is a very well known retailer who covers the UK area and has multiple locations. They are looking for a brilliant Executive Administrator to support their team and be an imperative part of the business.
Job Description
Extensive and sometimes complex travel and hotel bookings for multiple directors
Meet and greet important clients who arrive to the office
Expenses for the directors
Be the go to person in the office for any admin project work
Ensure the office is kept to good tidy standards
General director support
The Successful Applicant
The right Executive Administrator will have the following skills and qualities:
Experience as an Administrator who has booked travel and hotels regularly previously.
Personable and presentable with great customer service skills.
Fantastic organisational skills.
Good eye for detail.
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
Good listener with brilliant communication skills.
Can commute to Solihull.
What’s on Offer
Monday to Friday with flexible working full time hours that suits you (anytime between 08:00 and 18:00)
1 in 6 weekend office working. (5 day week would remain)
Negotiable salary.
