Description : PLASTIC SURGERY FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTWe are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and organized individual to join our front desk activities and act as receptionist for a fast paced, prominent Plastic Surgery practice.Must have strong customer service/sales experience, be computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with good keyboarding skills, detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills (including editing and writing ability) and have the ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.Will be the first face of the practice (on the phone and in-person) and responsible for greeting patients with a smile and making all patients feel welcome. Will also be accountable for managing the front desk, making/confirming appointments, triage of calls, checking patients in/out, filing, chart organization, as well as other special projects. Should manage time efficiently and demonstrate initiative and responsibility.This position is a customer service role for all new and existing patients in the practice. Must have a professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice and also be a team player that thrives in a service environment.Experience:2 years Medical office experience in the areas of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred· Computer literate and experience with Nextech EMRGreat Customer service skills with the ability to articulate cosmetic and medical procedures as well as other informationJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Required)Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
