Description : Sitting within the Boots Loyalty team, this role is responsible for leading the Boots App marketing, and content plan, and all loyalty value communications which include email and the quarterly mailer. This is a key driver of sales growth and a high strategic priority. It is based in Nottingham.
About the opportunity:
This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and leads a team of 6. It is of key strategic importance and a high driver of business performance.
Key responsibilities:
Define the vision and strategy for all loyalty value comms and the appWork with development teams to define the key initiatives in the future and how we support them and continually improveResponsible for bringing in new app users and active app users through marketing campaignsResponsible for the always on personalised app offer and content plan across loyaltyLead the team to deliver strong quarterly mailer and email value comms, working with the value squad to define the optimal plan and prioritiesResponsible for driving key KPIs
About you:Strong commercial mindset and analytical skillsProven ability to lead and engage a team, both in terms of team line management and wider stakeholder relationships. Relationships with commercial teams and squads will be paramount.The ability to define a strategy and vision, and to translate this into actionAn ideal experience in digital communications and an aptitude to work along side development teamsFlexibility and resilience to frequent change. To have a thirst for continual improvement
