The Role
We’re recruiting for a Operations and Delivery Support Officer here at MoJ Digital & Technology, to be part of our warm and collaborative Technology Adoption team.
The Ministry of Justice needs to be able to facilitate the operation of a diverse range of technology effectively across a diverse set of business areas and report against them. You will be a key member of the strategy, governance and design capability, supporting and contributing to its continuous improvement.
The Operation and Delivery Support Officer is responsible for supporting the activities of the Technology Adoption Group and recording and reporting on the groups performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Support stakeholder engagement including managing the relationship with the Technology Champion Network
Coordination of Digital and Technology MOJ events
Review and quality check feedback from learning interventions.
Conduct analysis on performance to proactively identify problems and areas for improvements within delivery of Technology Adoption Services
Maintain project roadmaps and trackers
Maintain action logs.
Support induction of new team members
Coordinate Team events

Essential
Meet the requirements for BPSS clearance
Clear, effective and professional communication with the ability to collate data into digestible formats for a range of audiences.
Working in dynamic, fast paced and rapidly changing situations.
Proactive in gathering, evaluating and analysing information and evidence from a range of sources to support strategic change
Have an open-minded, scientific, collaborative approach to continuous improvement
Experience of working across teams
Desirable
Understanding the workings of a Government department.
Be an enthusiastic technology advocate.
Basic knowledge of agile methodology and appreciation for iterative, continuous improvement.
An understanding of a broad range of technology, from devices through to cloud-based services.
