Our culture is extremely supportive and especially values the wellness and well-being of our own team members.Join a team of seasoned clinicians and experienced professionals who care deeply about making life-long connections with patients and redefining episodic disease care to true health care.The RoleThe Patient Support Specialist is responsible for onboarding new patients onto the Nudj registry system and supporting patient engagement through scheduling appointments and troubleshooting device issues. Under the supervision of the Chief Clinical Officer, the Patient Support Specialist regularly communicates with patients as well as the Nudj wellness team.Duties & Responsibilities Onboard new patients onto Nudj registry system through education of the Nudj program and gathering of relevant patient data.Order appropriate device and explain appropriate usage to patientsAssist patients by troubleshooting patient device monitor or reporting issues.Field inbound Nudj calls and patient emails/messagingSchedule appointments and follow-up with patients as neededCommunicate with patients through phone, text and email to encourage patient engagement and compliance.Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in data entry and/or a customer service/support roleExperience in the medical field (EMRs, medical billing and health data) preferredComputer & Tech savvy – Proficient in Excel and other Office products, and not afraid of new technologiesExceptional verbal and written communication skills (including typing, spelling and grammar)A bright, problem-solving mindset and attention to detailExcellent time management, highly organized, and the ability to work independentlyStrong interest in healthcareWelcomes a team-centric environment, with open feedback and learningExperience with older adults/geriatric population is a plusAt Nudj Health, we:Work remotely – our team members work and live all over the United StatesWork-life Balance – unlimited PTO, 11 Paid HolidaysSet you up for success with our onboarding training program through Nudj University.
