Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical oversight to multiple scrum teams, help implement strategic solutions
Partner with IT and Business teams across various organizations to plan for migrations and Day 2 enhancement work
Lead Technical Center of Excellence (TCoE) to drive innovations, reduce technical debt and to deliver new capabilities.
Development experience using Genesys Suite of technologies (Genesys CTI, Genesys Rule Engine, Genesys SIP, Genesys Composer, ORS (Orchestration Server), Genesys OCS, Genesys Workspace.)
Design and Development experience in Routing Applications for Voice routing using Composer / IRD, SCXML is a must and VXML will be of added advantage.
Proficient in Client applications like GRAT, Composer, GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), GA (Genesys Administrator), Pulse, log analysis tools.
Database knowledge pertaining to SQL and Cassandra will be considered a plus.
Having a strong knowledge in SDLC.
CICD experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
Experience with basic Java development is a plus.
Working knowledge of Cisco Framework, reporting, routing, integrations and multi-channel components is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of Voice Routing Development Experience in Genesys Contact Center Solutions
3+ years of Genesys Framework and GVP experience
Experience in developing Routing workflows using Composer.
Expert in Genesys Rules Engine and rules development
Experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine and URS
Ability to design & develop call treatment, routing call flows and new solutions to meet emerging customer needs.
Experience in troubleshooting routing issues in production on call
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Genesys certification in Routing.
Experience in Splunk.
Experience on Build automation tools such as Anthill Pro, XL Deploy, and Jenkins to support CI / CD approach
Experience using Cyara for call flow automation testing.
Experience with OMNI (Chat, SMS etc.) routing.
Good understanding of the Agile / Kanban methodology.
