Job Description The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the team in delivering effective multi-country campaigns including creative/messaging approval, performance monitoring and optimization in order to hit our targets for new customer growth. Through highly relevant and engaging programs, the Senior Marketing Executive will support the team and work with agencies to implement creatives across display, programmatic, social and search to drive awareness and conversion across the marketing funnel. They’ll also be given specific projects to own where they can manage delivery of an end to end campaign.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with lots of drive and passion to work in a fast-paced environment involving managing lots of different stakeholders and projects. Working in the small business team across different regions, they’ll need to be able to effectively manage delivery of campaigns right from campaign creative to booking media and review. Requires excellent collaboration skills to manage multiple stakeholders across several marketing, service, sales, central teams and agencies. Ability to plan, measure, track and analyse performance and be forthcoming with ideas to continuously improve results. Comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment, managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, channels and agencies at once whilst delivering against targets.
Key Responsibilities Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Proven ability to develop and execute end to end ATL and demand gen multi-media marketing campaigns.
Ability to adapt campaigns to be used in different regions, ensuring revenue is maximised by driving cloud adoption.
Drive demand through development of end to end acquisition programmes.
Deliver hard-hitting campaigns with messaging tailored to audiences that resonate within multiple markets.
On occasion, co-ordination of marketing campaigns across all channels of the marketing mix and with any involved stakeholders.
Raising budget requests for the team.
Monitor, analyse and review campaigns to understand campaign ROI and suggest possible improvements.
Deliver effective nurture programmes working with content teams to target key audiences with relevant messaging.
Focus on driving customer advocacy and influence in the market by bringing campaigns to life with customers.
Work in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver key strategic business objectives, including the delivery of successful digital programs.
Agency and project management, ensuring cost and time effective delivery of campaigns.
Excellent English skills in order to review and proof communications.
