Description : Our client is a successful and growing communications analytics software provider is looking for 2 experienced Support Engineers to join their growing team. The shift patterns available for this role are: 5am-12pm (Sat to Wed with Thurs / Fri off) AND 10pm-5am (Sun to Thurs with Fri / Sat off)

Identify and effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
Keep in touch with customers to recognise and resolve problems.
Offer expert technical advice and own solutions.
Ensure confidentiality and safeguarding of highly sensitive data.
Explore various technology and applications to find appropriate solutions to customer issues and requests.
Work closely with internal development and infrastructure teams to streamline and improve systems.
Ensure SLAs are met when dealing with customer problems / cases.
Requirements
Previous experience within a similar, support function.
Windows Server, MS SQL experience are required.
Experience troubleshooting .net Applications.
Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
Experience of Web App support would be highly advantageous.
Outstanding analytical and technical abilities.
Working in a fully remote position, as part of a highly distributed team.
