We are looking for a Director of Digital Sales to join a leading group in Dubai. The purpose of this position is to deliver and optimize the ecommerce capability via mobile and desktop. You will be responsible for ensuring on time, to quality delivery of product launches, updates, online only offers as well as shop in shop and App store implementations.
For this role we are looking for someone who has handles the below responsibilities previously and has strong ecommerce/omnichannel experience. `
Responsibilities
Build and develop the roadmap for the ecommerce capability on the companies platform that ensures attainment of company sales goals and revenue growth:
Assess market, technological and competitive developments
Define requirements, including omnichannel capability, to support sales stages of customer journey
Define initiatives and develop business cases, and obtain management approvals
Prioritize initiatives on roadmap
Manage implementation of the ecommerce capability roadmap:
Lead the detailed design briefs and requirements for development of capabilities
Management of launch activities
Monitor metrics and improve the ecommerce experience across desktop and mobile
Manage digital sales operations (online ordering, fulfilment)
