Description : Qualifications:
BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8-13 years of experience with minimum 8 years working on Credit Card projects.
Minimum 8 years of development experience in Microservices, API, messaging layer (TIBCO).
Knowledge of Java, Mainframe, SQL, PL/SQL programming
Usage of standard development and CI/CD tools and packages.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Technical / Functional Proficiency:
Responsible for providing technical leadership of multiple large scale/complex global software solutions as Digital Tech Lead.
Strong understanding of object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, high availability and concurrent programming
Demonstrated excellent software development skills. Strong experiences in implementation of the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, App Server
Demonstrated excellent software development skills and experience in Cards Customer Operations areas.
Experience in developing customer facing Scalable APIs, building Microservices, Significant understanding of Microservice patterns, concepts & its application in problem solving
Experience implementing API Service architecture using any of the market leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
Experience with messaging products Websphere MQ, TIBCO EMS or any JMS Servers.
Working experience or knowledge of Java, Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security is preferred.
Good experiences in implementation of the following technologies: Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, App Server
Experience in working on JMS / MQ applications and multiple OS (Unix, Linux, Win)
Good Database experience (DB2/Oracle/SQL)
Experience in Agile Development
Mainframe, Vision Plus knowledge is preferable.
Leadership Skills:
Experience in managing application development team as Tech Lead
A good understanding of the credit card industry and functions of HSM and different types of keys.
Requires Strong Stakeholder Management experience to drive discussions between Business, Solutions, Operations and Application Teams.
Ability to build a comprehensive understanding of project stakeholders, subject matter, and priorities
Leadership and strong communication skills
Flexible to work across different Time zones supporting stakeholders across LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC regions.
Strong customer service focuses with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, both technical and functional.
Demonstrate excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team building skills.
Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly
