The Talent Acquisition Specialist should be skilled at building networks, be confident & coachable, have a professional phone presence, and be flexible working in fast-paced environment aimed at identifying key talent to help provide critical solutions for youth across the country.The Talent Acquisition Specialist’s primary focus is on non-clinical recruiting. In order to deliver the best possible care to our clients, we need exceptional team members to build Charlie Health’s operations. This candidate will play an integral role in sourcing new finance, operations, business development, and HR team members to allow Charlie Health to scale more effectively. Charlie Health is growing quickly, we are looking for a candidate is able to work efficiently and independently, and can quickly source and develop strong rapport with candidates.Our team is comprised of passionate, forward-thinking professionals eager to take on the challenge of the mental health crisis and play a formative role in providing live-saving solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to build a business that will impact millions of lives in a profound way.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources including cold calling, job boards, research, internet sourcing, social media, referrals, etc.Manage ATS and all internal job postings, implementing best practices and monitoring dailyConduct candidate screenings and schedule interviews as appropriateWork closely with leadership team and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and needsDevelop and maintain relationships with candidates to keep an ongoing pipelineDocument all candidate activity during the candidate processBe creative—identify new ways to source candidates and identify key networks to broaden the applicant poolQualifications3-6 years of experienceWork authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiencyAbility to utilize all different types of social medial platforms to source for top talentAnalytical and research skillsSolid candidate experience skills – the ability to draw in candidates and keep a strong pipelineStrong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative styleAbility to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environmentPerksOur mentality is to find the best, attract the best, and pay the best talent—which is why we prioritize quality over quantity of hires.
