The details of this opportunity are: Post: Recruitment & HR CoordinatorLocation: Plymouth Based(hybrid delivery model of home a_nd sitebased according to _Business requirements)Salary Range: NJC Grade E £23,541 rising to a maximum of £25,991per annum pro-rataHours/Contract: Permanent, term-time, 52.14 weeks per year,37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen within our rapidly developing Multi Academy Trust for a talented Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join our team.Our recruitment team is responsible for delivering a quality, responsive and professional recruitment and selection service to the Trust within a busy and at times pressurised working environment. As the Recruitment & HR Coordinator you will be involved with a range of activities within our Trust People Strategy focusing on transactional Recruitment & HR service delivery and supporting in the development and delivery of Resourcing related initiatives; which will include:Developing effective relationships with Schools and Central teams’ leadership and operational colleagues.Act as a ‘Front of Service’ point of contact for all Recruitment enquiries (internal andexternal customers) coming into the Recruitment Inbox and/or by phone.Deliver effective HR Administration of the Trust’s workforce transactional HR service needs.Effectively manage all areas of the Recruitment Cycle.Effectively administer and manage all areas of Safer Recruitment on behalf of the Trust in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education legislation; including supporting with annual and termly Safer Recruitment audits.About youThe successful candidate will have experience working within recruitment/resourcing within an organisation of more than 300 employees and will have the ability to build effective working relationships and act as point of contact for service enquiries in a fast paced and ‘time pressurised’ environment. Job DescriptionResponsible to: HR & OD Business PartnerKey Relationships: HR Team, School Leadership Teams, Executive Headteachers,Headteachers, Heads of School, Executive Business Managers(EBM), Office Managers, agencies and service providers, service usersSummary of role To provide an efficient and effective recruitment service to the Reach South family of academies to ensure that the best possible staff are recruited and retained to deliver excellent outcomes for our pupils.The Recruitment & HR Coordinator is required to deliver an efficient recruitment service within the Human Resource Department and to carry out all transactional activity related to role in a manner that supports HR departmental targets and ensures compliance with standard operating proceduresAs well as the core responsibilities detailed above, other key areas of accountabilities and tasks include:Key ResponsibilitiesThe provision of a comprehensive recruitment service including inputting vacancies onto the E-Recruitment system, communicating with applicants and schools at all stages, and preparing all recruitment documentation including offer letters and contracts of employments.Coordinate all recruitment across the Trust ensuring full compliance with Safer Recruitment in Education.Input vacancy details to specified deadlines on the Trusts P People website ensuring that appropriate documentation is attached including the Job Description and Person Specification and that vacancy details are in line with Trust standard documentation.Manage the applications for each vacancy from response to interview stage through the Trusts E-Recruitment system ensuring all safer recruitment checks are carried out in a timely manner.Co-ordinate vacancy interview invitations (in partnership with School/Central Teams) and reference requests to specific deadlines.Ensure that managers follow procedure at all times and return all appropriate documentation at all stages to satisfy pre-employment checks and Safer Recruitment checks.Maintain an accurate record of recruitment activities via the E-Recruitment system and PS People and be subject to monitoring of this process on a regular basis by the Senior HR Business Partner and Director of HR.Prepare offer letter and contract information to timely deadlines and to initiate the payroll processes by ensuring appropriate documents are passed to the payroll team, administer other types of contracts’ administration.Communicate effectively with applicants regarding the use of the PS People Recruitment system and communication with candidates and recruiting managers at all stages of the recruitment process to ensure they are updated at set stages of the end-to-end process.Work with the HR & OD Business Partner and Resourcing Manager to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators for the Trust working on a cycle of regular improvement.Manage the Recruitment Inbox and front end of the service dealing with all enquiries, from members of the public, Trust employees and hiring managers on a range of recruitment issues, either over the telephone, by e-mail and (where appropriate) face to fa

Cover the HR inbox when other colleagues are on leave or absence.Support Recruitment Lead and Resourcing Manager role in reporting production, maintaining service-related data bases and collating data for report writing.
