As a Property Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the corrective, preventative and emergency maintenance needs of our large property portfolio. Working with our sister company Address PropertiesMain Responsibilities of the position, but are not limited to the following;Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanour at all times, while providing personalised service to tenants.Communicate effectively with tenants and fellow team members.Basic electrical and plumbing repairs.Carpentry and Joinery.Interior and exterior repairs.Changing locks, installing smoke alarms.Provide assistance to other team members and other areas of the business to contribute to the best overall performance.Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.Reactive maintenancePest controlDesired SkillsGeneral knowledge of using phone apps and the ability to upload photo’s.Knowledge of Service m8 app not essential as training will be provided.Knowledge and ability to use basic work tools and equipment.Ability to patch holes, change locks.Knowledge of Liverpool StreetsAbility to multitask.Able to use own initiativeAbility to manage your own jobs that are allocated.Happy to deal with various pest control issuesPlumbing experienceEssential SkillsFull valid drivers licenseStrong work ethic.Ability to work well under limited supervision.Presentable appearanceOwn toolsJoinery experience (changing locks is essential)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentHours of work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pmSalary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per yearJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Company carCompany pensionSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)Driving: 3 years (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Application deadline: 17/02/2022
