Description : For our expanding group of hotels in the UK, we are looking for an enthusiastic and people focused Recruiter to help our hotel managers get the best team to service our guests.
This is a new position, and you will report to the Group Recruitment Manager in Amsterdam.
You will be based in the UK, at the regional office of Hotel Co 51 UK Ltd. located at Moxy London Heathrow Airport.
We hope you do not mind travelling, because you are expected to travel (30-50%) to all our hotels in the UK and occasionally abroad.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As our new Recruiter you provide support to all our hotel managers with the end-to-end recruitment of all their operational positions in the UK region. This region consists of 14 Marriott branded hotels (Moxy Hotels/Courtyard by Marriott), plus new openings.
You make sure to create a memorable experience for all our candidates
You write, post and manage all UK vacancies (online). You look for new channels (schools, social media, etc) and you create talent pools
You make sure to have a great line of communication with the hotel managers, your colleagues and your manager, and you keep them up to date about current open positions and their status
You are the first point of contact for candidates, plan and execute interviews
You facilitate recruitment days for the existing hotels and for the new opening hotels
You facilitate the training planning for new opening hotels
You assist the hotel managers with the onboarding of new hires, following the company’s onboarding procedures. We work with the intuitive BambooHR system.
You are responsible for sending out offers and contracts and you will partner with the HR Administrator in Amsterdam to guarantee all are following company standards
You assist the Recruitment Manager on the planning of training of new staff in the hotels: you work closely with Marriott to book trainings and trainers, you prepare training materials and inform the team of any changes.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Recruiter / HR Business Partner, either corporate or agency-side
You have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or human resource management, or a minimum of 3 years HR experience in the hospitality industry
You are computer literate with Microsoft Office
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are allowed to work in the UK
You are fluent in English. Any extra European languages are very welcome!

Outgoing, hands-on mentality, driven, motivated and enjoy interacting with a variety of people
